Peralta Community College District

Founded in 1964, the Peralta Community College District is a community comprised of 4 Colleges: Berkeley City College, College of Alameda, Laney College, and Merritt College, all located in the neighboring cities of Berkeley, Alameda, and Oakland, respectively. As the sole designer for the District, I had to reinforce the District’s brand with a refreshed look for external audiences that represent the four colleges fairly.

Formally Oakland Digital, BRIDGEGOOD is a nonprofit design studio focused on diversity, inclusion, and accessibility. the organization inspires first-generation college students to explore the industries of UX/UI and visual design. Funded by Google.org, and the Golden State Warriors, their platform BRIDGEGOOD.com connects local organizations with aspiring creative students.

Undocumented Student Resource Summit

May 2017, Cal State East Bay held its first-ever Undocumented Student Resource Summit to help those who are pressured by the current political climate. I acted as Lead Designer on a committee of 9 staff and faculty members, including support from the University’s Office of the President and CSU Chancellor’s Office.
